Inkjet Engraver Machine is a digital equipment of computer-to-screen (CTS), It prints design directly on coated nickel screen with special ink, and cure the resin with UV light. Comparing to traditional engraver, it saves film cost. DOSUN engraver makes the design head-end joint perfectly.
The Characteristics:
1. High speed inkjet printhead.
2. The printhead makes up 7 group nozzles, each group contains 96 nozzles.
3. DOSUN engraver has a static balanced ink supply system, and this insures the ink does not shake in working, so the ink pressure inside the printhead keep stable. It will enhance the engraving quality.
4. DOSUN ink-supply system nearly need no maintenance.
5. DOSUN engraving software supports file in single color. Many other engravers only support file in black, and the color file must be changed into black file.
6. With high precision and long life reducer, DOSUN engraver makes the step by step joints almost no errors.
7. Using high speed print head, DOSUN engraver works 20% faster than other engravers.
8. The print head in DOSUN engraver is provided with seven independent nozzle groups, three of them in use and four in spare when the machine runs. If the nozzle in use clogged, the spare nozzle will come to run. It enable the print head to work longer.
9. DOSUN static ink-supply system is almost exempt from maintenance, and provides a stable ink input-pressure for print head. So DOSUN engraver is more convenient in operation and higher in quality of image.
10. The reducer made in Germany is high precision, full-closed and good lubricated. Combined with servo motor, It provides exact screen rotary motion. So the image on screen almost has no errors at the step-by-step joints and the head-and-end joint.
